Mr Khaitan is the principal shareholder of KDS. Mr Khaitan provides valuable guidance and business mentoring to KDS. Mr Khaitan’s experience ranges from various industries including tea, real estate and engineering solutions.
Gen Mahil is the Chief Mentor at KDS that draws upon his professionalism, military experience and in depth knowledge to be able to offer reliable equipment to the defence forces. Gen Mahil has had an extensive and diverse career in the armed forces in different regions. He has been one of the important Project leads of Akash and Trishul Missile Systems. His much renowned innovation of mounting an IGLA Missile on an Air Defence Gun won him the prestigious Ati Vishist Seva Medal.

Mr Khaitan’s track record of an aviation enthusiast as well as his ability to understand the next “big disruption” led him to pioneer and co found Kadet DS presenting an enormous opportunity to transform the aerospace and defence sector in India for private participation.
Kadet DS is on a mission to provide indigenously developed products and solution to the global aerospace and defense markets. The company specializes in the design of unmanned aerial vehicles and has built and delivered aerial target drones across broad classifications to the Indian Army, Bharat Electronics Limited, Larsen & Toubro and has exported its products to customers in the APAC Region.
